Cutting the Noise: Visual Personas and Structured Artifacts with Google Antigravity
Generative AI often overwhelms development teams with massive walls of text. To make AI truly assist us, we must meet teams in their current Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ensure outputs are highly scannable.
This talk explores achieving this balance using Google Antigravity through two pillars: Structure and Personality.
First, standardized artifacts (like BDD scenarios, DDD models, or arc42) act as guardrails. Predictable structures help humans digest information faster and force the LLM to output targeted data instead of generic prose.
Second, we inject Personality using Antigravity's unique capability to render images directly in the chat UI. We can create distinct Personas: imagine a visual "Martin Fowler" challenging your architecture, a "Mike Cohn" slicing agile stories, or "Problem Personas" flagging hidden edge cases.
These visual Personas act as cognitive anchors. They step in to highlight crucial questions and visually guide attention during agile refinements, transforming your AI from a noisy text-generator into a focused team member.
